Looking at a diesel, but not sure?????
I found a 2004 Ford 2wd F350 extended cab with the 6.0 diesel and 77,000 miles. Really a nice clean truck, but it would be my first diesel and I have heard some very bad horror stories about the 6.0....

Or get a 7.3 that will outlast and out pull both of the engines you listed.
