While every one of us and our various rigs are different my experience with rubber roofs convinced me that I will NEVER have another one for longer than it takes to have it replaced. IMHO rubber roofs will leak, it is just a matter of when and how bad and will you catch it before it destroys your rig.
My 5 1/2 year old rubber roof failed with moisture leaking through the membrane. Warranty? What a joke. I was offered $255.00 from the roof manufacturer as total compensation on their 12 year warranty.

This. It was installed in January 2016 and is superb. 3/16" thick and is much quieter and covers ALL caulking.
