Replacing the range exhaust vent
After only 3 months, it turned yellow. Obviously cheap, untreated material. It's the one thing on the camper that looks like it's already 15 yrs. old.

Anyone upgrade with one of VentLines higher quality models? These claim to be of better quality material and UV resistant.
This one is cable controlled:

This one is all enclosed. Still the manual type:

JR Products 50035 White Endura Range Vent
Aside from it looking like it's 100 years old, the other problem I have with the current "get out and open your own" style vent, is that the thing is a pain. It rattles and vibrates at the slightest amount of wind when the tabs are not in the locked position, which means I have to get out. The cable control sounds like the better option. Thoughts?
