If you are going to leave them out and plan on using supports, I would check your manual first. Just because they sell slide supports does not mean they are a good thing. Some mfgs. advise against them. If you were to have a tire lose air pressure or sink in the mud it could put strain on the supported slide and even bend the frame. Check before you use them.

You definitely don't want to jack the slide up, but just support it. I cut my support to just rest under it, NOT hold it up.
I figured this out the first time I parked it in the yard. I didn't put blocks under the tires. The next morning after a hard rain it had sunk over an inch. If I had braced up my slide with a block under the slide support (2X4) it would have put a LOT of pressure on the slide after the TT sank a bit.
Now I put blocks down under the tires and leveling jacks to prevent sinking and just rest the slide out supports under the slide out rails, not wedge them under it or jack them in place. A flat could still reak havoc but with the leveling jacks down and proper tire maintenance I'm banking on it not being an issue.
