Our neighbors bought the 2013 F-150 XLT eco 6.5 foot bed.
They pull a 2013 Keystone Laredo 266RL with the truck.
They're saying they wouldn't go any heavier than what they have now.
My neighbor says they're very happy with this set-up the way it stands.
I'm told they feel safe and comfy towing uphill and down.
Well unless theirs is a Max/Max 8,200# GVWR not likely. Were and what do they tow it? The inland valley of CA.
While that 5er has a dry weight on 8,400#, the GVWR is 11,500, with a dry pin of 1,900# that is a big load for a truck only rated for 8,200#.

We are ready to purchase our first fifth wheel trailer and are having trouble deciding on the proper truck. Everyone tells us something different. We are looking at a 32 footer. Will an F150 with eco boost motor pull this? It says that it is rated for 11300Lbs..
What is the trailer GVWR? What is the dry pin weight.
Only chance is an 8200 GVWR F150 but still it matters what the trailer numbers are.
Also different cab configurations will affect payload.

X2 to this!
I will never understand those the insist on towing a heaver 5er with a TV as light as a F150.
If you have to make improvements to the suspension to level the TV, or correct chucking, you likely have too much 5er for the TV. Timbers and air bags DON'T increase payload!!
They start using the terms " if I take it easy", "I only tow on the flat", "I will drive slow"!
