Seems you are very careful and it is not likely that diesel was mistakenly pumped. I find it equally unlikely that someone has a grudge against where you park.
The obvious answer to me is that the truck stop tank was contaminated. There is plenty of opportunity for that to happen on a busy truck lot.
I agree and this is exactly why I only buy DEF from a sealed container and don't use the bulk stuff.
