Here's what the little riser/doubler thing looks like:
Note the steel loop and two short chains. I guess technically each individual piece needs its own chains....so I have chains from the frame/frame extension thing, to the riser/doubler thing, and then the trailer chains (or motorcycle safety chains) would attach as well.
