My Grandfather would agree with you. In 1929 he built a home with a toilet. bathtub and sink that all the antiquers love today. My grandma and the kids loved it.

Still in the 1960's he was still using the outhouse behind the chicken coup. Some habits die hard.

Personally, when I get up in the night, I like the bath at the end of the TT.

Fortunately for you, I do not think resale value on a 1980's TT is much of a problem. Besides it is your TT you can set it up however you want.
