toilet and black water tank and exhaust pipe removal

I have removed the toilet from my little camper( if we need one we have a river groover.) Is there any reason why i shouldn't remove the black water tank and the exhaust pipe. I'm thinking i'll keep the gray water tank. This is part of a huge rebuild/remodel.
