Torklift customer service

I have a Torklift Superhitch and an extension. Well, the winter was tough on my hitch finish and being just 1 year old, I sent a message to them through their website. I wanted to buy replacment stickers so when I have the hitch powdercoated it would look like new. Not only did they send me the stickers for free, they also included a hat and pocket knife. I felt this was very good and I really like the products and now like the company. Just thought I would share this....

My experience with Torklift was HORRIBLE. I had the exact same problem. Needed to repaint my Torklift Superhitch and tie downs. I only live 20 minutes from the factory, so went down there.

*They wasted almost an hour of my time showing me all the cool new stuff they had.
*The president of the company FORCED me to remove my old Torklift hat and put on a new one.
*They MADE ME take all new stickers for all my Torklift stuff for free.
*I went to the trouble of putting my wallet in my pants and they refused to let me take it out.
*The president brought his lead engineer out to try and solve a unique truck issue I simply mentioned I was having, completely unrelated to do with Torklift.

I'll never go down there again.

I hate when that happens!!! LOL

Ya, I'm also in the same boat.

I received the wrong tie downs for my front tiedowns. I called them and they sent me new ones for free! Unreal..

  • WOOHOO. Cool to get some extra goodies.

    Thanks for spelling Torklift correct.

It amazes me that so many people can't even spell the name brand of a product they own, even when the name is stuck on the product (like on the sticker you wanted)

Some examples of botched spelling I've seen Torq Lift, Tork Lift or Torque Lift.

Don't even get me started on my Cummings rant, Northwoods rant, or Artic Fox rant... ROFL.

(Northwood Makes Arctic Fox, but Northwoods doesn't exist, nor does a camper named Artic Fox)
  • Great company and was very helpful to us when the dealership ordered the wrong tie downs. I was able to call and talk to a real person and discuss the photos I had sent them. The dealership had cut the wrong tie downs to make them fit. Geeze, what a mess! Torklift was there to answer all my questions and give the correct part numbers to me so they could be replaced.
