My wife and I visited that park a few years back, but we did not "experience" the park like you did. Now we need to get back there!! One side note is that we got to stay two nights for free in Ely at a casino!! Full connections including cable TV!! And there was Garnet Hill just outside of town where you can dig up your own garnets for free on BLM land. At least that was when we were there.
