Lance listed the weight of my camper in the sales brochure at 2826 lbs.
Actual weight with AC, microwave, electric jacks, generator, some fresh water, battery and some LP, 3260 pounds. An additional 434 pounds over the advertised dry weight..
Loaded, full fresh water tank, both LP tanks full, fully loaded for camping, clothes, food, dishes, pans, linens, bedding and other miscellaneous stuff takes the weight up to 3960 pounds. :E
So fully loaded my camper weighs 1136 pounds more than its advertised dry weight with no options.
