That is the reality I faced when upgrading from my 4000 lb Arctic Fox. On top of that, I tow an enclosed trailer with a 1000 lb hitch/tongue weight. I would have been at the limits of a 450/4500 which is why I upgraded to my 5500 before I bought my Host. Just carrying the Host, you are the limit of a 350/3500 but can do it. Both Dana and AAM rate their DRW axles over 10k lbs and the vehicle manufacturers downgrade it with softer suspension - Tires and rims are usually not the limit on a DRW.
