Sound Transit light rail has a terminal in Pioneer Square.
Pioneer Square is where you find the Seattle Underground entrance.

You might be able to park somewhere along the transit line - maybe one of the lots around the Sea-Tac airport and take the rail into downtown.
Google a "sound transit parking" search - and good luck.
(The Seattle area is as friendly to RV camping as Los Angeles - NOT!)
