With the Born Free's, it was possible to tow behind as there was a frame that connected to the rear the truck that the overhang of the camper rode on and had a steel bumper with a receiver on it on the rear of the camper.
With what I've seen in the pictures of the MotoVan, not sure if you could do something similar.
