Sorry to say but the Morels Rv parking is closed. We were allowed to overnight for free with the trucks but no gated parking and no hook-ups.
  • Such an amazing City! The Cable Car is a Must Do!

The Shopping Mall is as nice as Any that We have visited in anywhere in the World!
  • Yup, Zacatacas is one of our favorite towns/cities to visit. For a gourmet meal at a reasonable price, try dinner at the restaurant in the old bull ring.

There was a big fifth there and a few small rigs but lots of room. Great town. Take the mine tour. Very well done.

Very fun town to explore and get lost in. People are awesome.

The hotel now runs the full length, it has been expanded.

Did I mention, TAKE THE MINE TOUR!!!

  • We bring caravans into the hotel Baruk (Formerly Bosque). There are a couple of issues. It is noisy, a train behind the hotel and air brakes on the highway on the other side. The big issue is that this hotel is a convention center and the RV parking lot is often filled with cars. Plan to arrive late in the afternoon if you can. You really need to let them know you are coming ahead of time so they can block off a spot for you if they have an event (weddings are big here). You can find yourself trapped when you want to leave so plan an early departure and exit the park backwards (the way you came in). It can be tight to go out the right way. There is a loop at the entrance you can park in while you check things out.

BTW heading south, the outer ring road around Aguascalientes is now fixed, but it is still rough.

The top one off HWY 45 is just fine for big rigs. Would never try the one in town with anything over 25'.

Haven't been to the hotel RV park in a couple of years, but you used to have to go to the office to have them open the far/east gate. Access is not an issue.

Very Nice ,easy access from the Highway, but try to arrive in Daylight as All spaces are Back in

Can you get in there in a big rig? Is the Hotel Hacienda del Bosque still an option?
