Lippert frame failure

wall failure at the lower slide crossmember is a common problem with upstairs slides now days

I agree with the frame failure..time for a trip back to the factory.

Classic spot for this. A friend with a Columbus had the same issue. Turned out the frame was not broken/cracked. A cross member was to long and creating pressure on the wall and cracked the fiberglass. The cut the cross member down and repaired the fiberglass and no problem since.
Can hope its the same in your case but as others have said, it could be a broken frame. Good luck.

Quick, drill a 1/8 inch hole just beyond the crack on each end to stop if from cracking further. Be sure the hole is BEYOND the crack. The hole spreads out the force that is cracking the material and should stop it.

What a sad deal. Please let us know how the factory responds and how long repairs take.
