Our family looked at a lot of fivers before we bought our 325 RES, it has had no issues with temps over 100. We live in Ks and also spend 2 weeks in MO and have no problems with keeping the inside cool in the summer, we also only have one AC. I do like the later 14'S better with the storage in the bathroom. So far happy with the rig.
