- mustardExplorerBe careful about the TV you order. Some now do not have support for a VESA mount. The 32" Sony Bravia I just got uses its stand as its wall mount. You end up hanging it like a picture on the wall.
However, that might suffice for what you want since the 5er doesn't have a basement to hide a VESA mount.
My 32' tv came with a wall support that the tv stand will attach to.
Sandy - Atom_AntExplorerIt was a factory option, so not sure who makes the bracket, but probably lippert or one of their adopted companies.

I wasn't sure I would like this, but it has proved to work out perfect so far. The TV just swings down from the ceiling. It has a gas shock to retract, so just a touch and its out of the way so you can access storage, then just pull it back down.
The basement is tall enough I haven't had to worry about interference with storage.
Where did you get this mount? - Atom_AntExplorer

This is getting to be pretty common. Even my stick house neighbor has a TV on his deck. I guess if you frequent campgrounds that stack you in like cord wood this could be about as much of a problem as hearing your neighbor snore.
Why do you want to do that? I am certain your rv park neighbors don't want to listen to the noise pollution you will generate. - gitane59Explorer IIITo the OP.
Sounds like you want a mount system that will mount on an outside wall that looks good when the TV is not hanging on it and you can leave exposed when you have brought the TV inside.
If I understand you right, you have no storage compartment under an awning in which to mount a TV bracket or TV.
Am I correct in this assumption?
Simply elegant wall mount
The black mounts mount on your wall and the billet aluminium pieces attached to the rear of the TV. The TV snaps down into the black mounts and is very secure.
I installed 2 sets of the black mounts (one in the bedroom and one outside) and one set of the aluminium brackets to the back of my TV and I simply swap the TV from the bedroom to the outside when I want to watch a NASCAR race and still enjoy the outdoors.
I see no reason why the black mounts could not be mounted directly on an outside wall and left there permanently is the OP wants to do it this way. I have a homemade swing out bracket from a very small outside compartment that I have the black mounts attached to for the TV
And no my TV is no louder than other peoples radios, children, dogs, musical instruments and if someone wants no electronic noise (radio, TV) in a campground they can find radio and TV free campgrounds. They are out there for those folks who wants peace and quiet from electronic produced sounds. - wandering1ExplorerWhy do you want to do that? - soling2003ExplorerI did something like Chris's, but made a box that slid out from inside the compartment. When the box slides out on drawer slides, the bottom of the box swings down and the tv is mounted on the swingdown piece. The box only has to be about 5" deep. That way when you swing the tv back up inside the box it lays flat paralelle to the ceiling of the compartment inside a box and can't get dinged. Plus the box gives it some protection when slid out from rain or sun. There is a 32" TV on it but it can be as big as your compartment will allow. Put a HDMI switch and DVD player in there too and you are all set to watch dvd or sat. or cable tv.

Is there something solid behind the back wall?
It is a solid plywood structural wall. Chris - LantleyNomadThe Thule TV mount sounds like what the OP originally described however it is not designed for a large TV.Thule TV mount
