Putting Fuses in a Solar System

According to the Renogy installation diagram there should be a fuse on the positive side between the solar panels and the charge controller, another between the charge controller and the battery, and another between the inverter and battery.

My question is about 2 going to the charge controller. The instructions show they are the same size. The calculation is # of panels x panel Isc x 1.2 (4 x 5.75 x 1.2). For my system this comes to 27.6.

Can I round up to 30?
What kind of fuse should go in there? I see ANL and AGU, does it matter which?
Where do I find a quality inline fuse holder for 4 AWG? Amazon has several but they are plastic... does that matter? Any negative comments about plastic fuse holders?
