I have been a trailer/fiver tower for many years, but would like to convert to a coach. I have an opportunity to purchase the Newmar. One owner, 36,000 miles, 8.1 Workhorse chassis, most options. Extremely clean and well maintained. Is this a reasonable coach? The price is in the mid $50's.

The price would be a little high for the US but in Canada it is probably normal. Newmar makes a quality MH, as you have seen. Make sure the brake recall has beenn done on the brakes and it should be great. It is probably a W20 or W22 chassis.
