I removed the black plastic housing through it in the garbage.
I now have no problem going up through the hole and connecting the sewer hose.
When not using I went to lowes pluming dept and got a 4" plug that has a wing nut on the top where you can tighten down to plug off hole while driving.
It has a thick robber type band sanwiched between the top and bottom when you tighten it the rubber gets compressed in the hole .
