Sounds like you were willing to work with Bretz too as you said you paid some to have the new unit installed, I assume that was because it was a bit more than just swapping units.
So often when you read through peoples complaint's the main problem is everything wasn't given to them and 10 minutes before they asked! So thank YOU for recognizing good service and companies trying to do what is right.
