OH My!
Those bugs are
NOT a reason to set off a chemical bomb
in the RV.
Here is what I learned how to stop them and how to get rid of them once you have them.
Those ants are really not the sugar ants we know of up North. First of all you need to set up a perimeter of "Sevin" around your RV AND on top of ALL cords leading to your MH whenever parked and at all times. Do not lean anything against your MH while staying in Florida.
That will PREVENT those darn Floridian ants from getting in.
Since you already have them you need to get a bunch of ant bait packages and put then all around the sinks, under the couch and everywhere you can where a pet can't get to it. These ants are always seeking moisture/water.
This will take over a week or so to kill them. But if you don't put the ant baits out they will overrun you! I found the Terro ones to be the best found at any grocery store. Then keep a maintenance set of bait traps under all the sinks at all times.
The SPIDERS can be taken care of very easily by putting
pure coconut oil and
vinegar in a spray bottle and spraying on the ceiling where you see them nesting etc.
Yup, you really have to be very PRO-ACTIVE with bugs when staying in Florida. :W
Hope this info helps you! :C
