Depends on the miles you drive, with savings of $2.50 and up a gallon, some would recoup it in a year or so. With a gas well in your backyard I don't know what your savings might be.
Let's say 10 mpg (for ease of math), would you gain it back in 40,000 miles or so, or I am dropping a decimal point?
So gas/diesel would need to be $5.00 more than cng for it to work for most RVers, I guess. Perhaps before that happens we will have cheaper alternate fuels.
