Coachmen customer service

It appears to me that Coachmen (Coachman) has no customer service department anymore. Calls all go to one persons voice mail that asks for a ton of useless information and filling out the online customer service form results in no response.

I have been told that a guy named Ron has left Coachmen customer service for a competitor.

What has Warren Buffet created by buying Forest River the parent of Coachmen?

Has anyone else experienced this?

After I read your thread title, but before I clicked on it, I thought this was going to be a thread about oxymorons. 😄

I have first hand experience that there is no such thing as "Coachmen customer service." This was proven when I purchased a new Georgie Boy Landau after they were rolled into Coachmen.
