PC's specs seem to be very accurate but given my garage is 25'-0" deep, I had some flexibility with the claimed 23'-8" length, so I never got a tape measure and double checked the length. If you really want an accurate measurement, I can do that. Let me know.
Ron.Dittmer, since you were really accurate in figuring out what would fit into your garage, EXACTLY what is the length of your unit from the tip of the front bumper to the farthest point at the back? We will be looking at PC's to possibly replace our aging RV, and exact length is a very big consideration.
Height of 9'-10" to the top of the a/c unit is dead on with our PC-2350/E350. The Sprinter and E450 versions are higher which wouldn't work for our garage door height. - chinrvExplorerRon.Dittmer, since you were really accurate in figuring out what would fit into your garage, EXACTLY what is the length of your unit from the tip of the front bumper to the farthest point at the back? - Pleasant_TravelExplorerAlso, what my cabover now has to help insure no leaks up there is running lights that are blocked off with Eternabond so no water can ever be forced in around those lights when driving in the rain.
We have just discovered one of our running lights is leaking in our new to us BT Cruiser, Gulfstream. How did you block off the lights, are they still usable or did you remove the wires going to the running lights. Actually one of the light covers was broken and cracked, we think this is the cause of our leak. Raining cats and dogs in Georgia!
We want to get this resolved as we are replacing carpet and plan a trip next month. Any help would be appreciated! - Pleasant_TravelExplorerpnichols wrote:

B+ or C, as long as the budget allows, I would rule out every rig that was not seamless in the cab-over area. All other deficiencies such as a flat roof and corner seamwork are still critical, just less critical.
I don't think I'll look at any other Class C's that don't have a fully molded fiberglass cap on the front of the cabover. - vjstangeloExplorerMy wife and I went to look at an Impulse on a Chevy chassis, 2007 model year. The price was right, low miles. My first and main concern, was there any evidence of cabover leaking? My first look showed staining on the interior at the base of the overhead bunk. This staining ran across the width of the bunk.
Sigh. This was a shame since we might have put down a deposit if it hadn't been for the obvious water intrusion. I don't think I'll look at any other Class C's that don't have a fully molded fiberglass cap on the front of the cabover. - pnicholsExplorer II

pnichols, on THIS website you can watch a video of the Silver. It clearly shows that it has a flat roof and seamed rear corners. It is model year 2011. Hopefully the 2014 model is improved.
Hmmm ... that's strange!
My 2005 Itasca has a nicely crowned one-piece fiberglass roof that has rolled edges all along it's entire length on each side, in addition to very heavy stock molded fiberglass caps transitioning the roof on each end to both the rear vertical wall and front cabover inclined wall.
I guess they don't make em' like they used to. :C - wbwoodExplorerWhat is the difference in price between the two?

Yes I did search for "Silver Impulse" but failed to clarify "Silver" in my description. I corrected it.
Ron, the photo you found is an Impulse Silver, which is what the OP is looking at.
For the heck of it, here is a regular Impulse, from their website. Old style construction.
