Motor oil weight for triton v10

What year is your MH? I run 5W20 in the winter and 5W30 in the summer. I tried 5W20 in the summer once towing my TT. When I went to start it the next day it clattered for about 2 seconds until the oil pressure built up. The 5W20 gets so thin when it's hot it's like water. The oil will all drain down because it's so thin! I never have that problem with 5W30.

I'de run 5W30 with how hard the engine has to work.
