Opinions of this coach.

Looks well cared for, certainly well worth a look at in person. The price is reasonable.

Looks good on the top, but corrosion in engine compartment indicate driving over salty roads, or exposed to salty breeze.
Don't hesitate to spend good money on PPI
It is located in beautiful area, I would make mini-vacations out of inspection.

It's close enough and I do not see the engine rusted problem mentioned above. Yes, The hydraulic oil tank has the paint coming off of it but nothing else. The propane tank area appears to be rust free. At that price I would want new tires and batteries on it.

It would be a very mini-vacation. The OP probably lives less than 15 miles from the seller. :)

You did see the damage on the bin door on the drivers side

There is a Mandalay Yahoo Group that you might want to check out. I seem to recall there was an issue with some Mandalays, not sure of which years, having to do with the windshields popping out that was required to be repaired at the factory.

I believe it was called the "halo modification", which required the installation of a metal support brace around the windshield opening of the coach. The procedure involves removing the front end of the coach, and welding a brace in place.

I would say your Newmar is much better quality.

Ok, now that make sense. I would think going from Newmar to Four Winds would be nutso. Just sayin. And, I was hoping you were selling your coach so we could buy it from you :-)
