Pump for leveling jacks won't turn on

Hello. I have a 1996 Monaco Dynasty. I have a RVA model JII leveling system. The green light goes on to state the system is ready but when I try to extract or retract the pump does not turn on. The pump has enough fluid. The air brakes are at the max PSI but i do try to extract the front jack but the pump does not go on.Can you please assist on how I can get the pump to go on. 3 try pushing the auto level. , sometimes sw makes bad contacts
go to rvajacks.com they have a troubleshooting section
I believe a green light says system inop pushing sw should get you a flashing green light
and the pump has a delay before starting
