- Executive45Explorer IIII was trying to figure out why the toad became unattached. I can understand it if he had a simple hitch arrangement, but wouldn't the cables hold?
Strange thing about this incident though. Seems TWO good samaritans are trying to take the hero badge..and, one news said the GF went to the back to get dressed and another said she was looking for her cat. Scratching my head on this one. I guess I'd sure save my wife, not so sure about my girlfriend..:W...Dennis - 2gypsies1Explorer III

The guy was thankful for surviving and he gave God credit, not sure why you had to comment about his statement. Rude
Correct. The City Council VP said it, not the owner. - WILDEBILL308Explorer II

Apparently God didn't bless the MH and its owners.
You apparently missed the part where they are alive.
Bill - Mike_HohnsteinExplorerRolling down the road on fire, you don't see that every day.
- bmet2000ExplorerI would hope that I would remember to get my girlfriend/wife out of the camper.

X2 LMAO - stew47Explorer"I pulled over, thank God we were able to get everything out" except his girlfriend? Left her in back? Also says they lost everything. I wonder if there were smoke detectors? Seems to be some inconsistencies in reporting maybe. If it was a diesel I think the brakes should've held. The drums might've expanded but the springs should've kept applying pressure.
At any rate the amount of fuel in an rv is staggering. The propane is certainly the most followed by fuel tank and next all the combustible components like wood fiberglass and insulation. very scary stuff!!!! - GMandJMExplorer
