Or is this something I can fix by adjusting something?

The problem is simple and the fix is simple. The burner tube has a small insect web in it. Run and flexible brush thru the burner tube to remove the insect nest. Long shot would be restricted orifice. Just remove and blow out if cleaning the burner tube does not work. Doug

X2 my old PaceArrow I would have to do this every year.

Not the gas control valve (though that COULD be the issue) I see two possible issues.. one is contaminated fuel (Doubtful but possible).

The other is that it needs a full PM run (preventitive maintenance) INCLUDING cleaning and inspection of the orifice.

This is the brass fitting that extends into the slotted tube (Air door) below the Thermostats... Likely somthing is messing that up.. Also clean the burner's gas tube and anything else you can clean.

    Clicky to burner issue.

Based on your video, I assume the problem is the intermitant disruption of the proper flame. To me it seems that it is time to replace the gas control valve as you are intermitantly getting reduced gas flow.
