Same experience, 3 emails and response. Not sure if they do not respond because they do not have the part, or if it went into spam, or just trashed because they are overwhelmed. Either way, I probably will not be sending them any others.

EDIT: I was able to locate the part I needed at this site, called, and had the part in less than 1 week. Visonerv

I had no luck with them either.
