Wiper blades
Has anybody found an alternate to Winnebago blades. I have a 27N and they want $40 each. Mine are only 18 months old and the RV is always covered. Winn P/N # 189546-09-000

I use standard blades found in any auto parts store. The issue isn't the blade itself but the size of the bracket that attaches to the arm. So I drill out the rivet on the bracket of the blade, Remove that bracket, put in the one that came off the rv, run a small bolt through and done. Cheap and easy.

We have 32"blades on our Newmar with the J hook.Tried buying 28" ones at the auto parts store and found they did not fit. The J hook on the arm was bigger and would not fit. On line and in rv store they wanted $45 each. Camping world had them for $30.

You may get a laugh out of this, but I still just buy the rubber replacements. I order them through summit racing, I order the longest ones I can, usually 22 or 24 inch blade replacements. I order at least a dozen at a time. Then I cut them to fit the vehicle. moho, truck car or what not. Cheap and saves me time hunting around for the stupid correct blade holder....
