Satisfaction or Dissatisfaction with Straight Talk Hotspot

Question

I realize there are several Straight Talk threads here.

Curious for any new information as to satisfaction or dissatifaction of the Straight Talk Hotspot. I am interested in the one which will operate from Verizon towers. Since all I will be doing is to check email, Facebook and lightweight surfing for travel info, I am not really concerned with throttling. Thanks for all input!

I currently have the Straight Talk 3G unit and it works OK. Not the fastest but for the usage you describe it works. The new 4G model should be quite a bit faster since it's throttled a 5mbs down and 2mbs up. We have been all over the eastern half of the US from Canada to the Keys and always had a connection, except the UP in Michigan but nothing works there.
