Lazy days RV dealer....yay, or nay?

We had a great experiance our salesman Brant graves gave us a great deal first off without games , we will buy our next motor home there too.

Just spoke to a sales rep, got a good feeling about the place. Checked out the BBB 29 complaints mostly for service dept. All 29 complaints were addressed by the company and it had a A + rating. Saw some complaint on "pissedoffcomsumer.com" mostly about service from one guy. Still considering them though

We have bought two fifth wheels from them. The first one was a used unit and the second one was a new unit. Lazy Days moves a lot of units and has it down to a science. In both cases, we did not have a problem with our sales person. We had a different sales person each time as our first sales person was a part-timer and was not available when we went back for our second unit. Each sales person was knowledgeable and careful to check with the factory if there was a question that they did not know. As far as pricing, they are at the high end of the spectrum so be prepared to negotiate. Like any dealer, it is better to sell your trade-in yourself than trade it in as at the time they had a $1500 lot fee for incoming trades. The PDI process is smooth, but we did have to insist on the PDI prior to signing the documents. We would buy from them again as long if we got a good deal on an unit there. However, I have to say I cannot stand their service department. Diffcult to work with and get your unit out of there in a timely fashion. It seems we had to take the unit in twice for any repair before it was fixed correctly.

We spent a whole day there while wintering in central Florida this past winter. They are a first class operation! We ultimately didn't purchase there, but they certainly were busy selling, showing and servicing. The new tv show about big RV's filmed the first episode there, and we saw our sales person. She was very knowledgeable about the rigs and the tow vehicles required. I would recommend them.
