Watched Video and yes the MH moved over a little bit but to me never went on the shoulder. Down the road he might have stopped and got out of the MH and shook his leg around to get what was in there out and then got a change of undies. Looked at it again and he never went over the white line to get on the shoulder.
assuming you are talking about the "event" at the 49 second mark I agree with you. in fact, If somebody goes onto the shoulder there he is in deep doodoo since there is no shoulder.

Shoulder is anything on the other side of the white line!
Noooo, say it aint so dodge guy!
This forum is an amazing social experience. Even something such as that video, which one would expect would rile up all the ole codgers about how young people can't drive and how close of a call it was and how dangerous it is, instead, multiple people are actually arguing the fact that the RV had to make any sort of evasive maneuver and that the car driver wasn't that bad..... - dodge_guyExplorer II

Yea, my thoughts exactly. - QCManNomad IIIIt took you that many miles to see all of that? You could see all of that in one morning commute on the wonderful Long Island Expressway also known as 495.
- pitchExplorer IIThis is an example of one of millions of driving mishaps that happen daily. The participants are just random.
This could have been any where any time with any vehicles.
Trust me RV drivers are not a victimized class by any means.
We took a 18,000 mile trip two years ago and I saw boneheaded idiotic mistakes, stunts, and horrible driving by every class of vehicle. - BumpyroadExplorer

bumpy - valhalla360NavigatorMaybe the car driver was from Mexico. It's common for vehicles to slide onto the shoulder on 2lane/2way roads to allow passing.
- Boon_DockerExplorer IIIActually it is quite obvious that he was over the white line of the shoulder when that car was approaching him.
