X2 If it is a warranty issue I would get it fixed on their dime. Manufacturers have to be held responsible for careless or shoddy workmanship. besides the PITA factor, it could put a strain on latches and hinges and could also make it harder to sell later.
And being my Father's Son, I can' resist a good (bad) pun; If it's out of plumb, call a Plumber. :B (I'm surprised that this wasn't the first suggestion!)
