Bottom slideout seal replacement

I have a 2002 Fleetwood Prowler 5th wheel. The bottom outside seal that is attached to the Rv body where the slideout slides in and out has come loose and breaking apart. I need to replace it. Any idea what that seal is called? Can I jack up the slideout enough without harm to be able to slide in the new seal? It looks like it is just glued to the aluminum trim piece and the slideout skides over it going in and out.
