Dometic 2BR-1066057 Range top burner not working

One of two burners on my Dometic 2BR-1066057 range top is not working. No propane is coming up through the orifice, which is not clogged. The knob is fine and all the connections look strong and tight. The other burner and all other propane devices work completely fine. I fear I need to take the unit into a shop to replace probably the valve, but meantime does anyone have suggestions of any other troubleshooting I might do? Since someone will surely ask this, no, it will not light with a match. When I said no propane is coming up through the orifice, that obviously negates propane igniting with a match since there is no propane coming up.
  • I found the GAS PIPE running from the valve to the burner and the orifice were both clogged, and no gas could flow. I ran a piece of wire through the tube and tested by blowing in one end. You will need to remove the unit from the RV by loosening the four locking screws under the glass cover 1/2 turn. Disconnect the gas line, (shut off the gas valve first!), the 12v cables, and the ground wire and place the unit face down on a padded surface.

It has been double, triple, and quadruple checked, and cleaned. The opening. I cannot get down inside the line without dismantling the actual line and orifice piece. The opening does not appear to be the problem, as I cannot imagine something very tiny getting through that pin (not pin head--pin pointy end) sized opening. E.g., no insect would likely be able to get in there. Definitely no grease or similar as 1) I never use anything greasy on the stove and 2) I've rarely used that burner ever anyway.
