Furnace/water heater

Propane flowing - stove works.

Furnace and water heater will not start?
  • dmark67 remove all power to the furnace. Wait ten minutes. Pray to the propane gods and restore power.
  • Hint:

Propane water heater and stove are working. I took the outside cover off the furnance and there is a circuit board with a red light blinking. Did the reset, no luck. All of my manuals say contact the dealer lol.

    Ideas?

Both run off 12 volt. Is the battery charged and the battery cut-off switch turned on?

    This^^^^

Propane is common but stove OK then DC Voltage is the other common component

***first time trying furnace/water in awhile......then could be propane flow
Might have to try each appliances several times to establish full flow/pressure at each one

That was more than likely the problem.
  • It's cold, from 0-10 degrees. I waited several hours and now it works...

On shore power and not DC, no problem with anything else (TV, microwave, etc.).

Got to hot in the middle of the night?

  • Hi dmark67,

    Welcome to the forums.

May I ask how cold it is outside?
