No AC power from shore cord

I have had our motorhome plugged into shore
power in my driveway, as always, but this morning I went out there and my house batteries were dead and there is no 110 volt power to any of the outlets.
I started the generator and the batteries are charging and all the 12 volt systems are working, as well as the 110 volt heat pump, but there is no power to any if the 110 volt outlets.
I have it plugged into a standard 220 volt 50 amp, grounded outlet, and I have confirmed that I have power going into the shore power cord. I have had it plugged into the same outlet that I always use at home.

Any thoughts as what I should check next?

Thanks

If that were the problem wouldn't I have power the the 110 volt outlets with the generator running? When running the genny, all the 12 volt systems and the AC/heatpump work, but no power to any of the 110 volt outlets.

What are the meter readings on both sides of the transfer switch?

It's possible to have a failed or stuck relay on the shore power side of the transfer switch and still have power from the generator. You will have exactly the symptoms you describe.

Lacking power to receptacles and having power to fixed-wire devices indicate a fault in the receptacle circuit(s). This is typically a faulted GFCI receptacle or a tripped breaker. Rarely, it can be a parted neutral connection in the load center. Also, losing one leg of the 50 amp service, that one leg being the source for receptacle power, will do the same. Seek someone with technical experience.

Sounds like tripped inverter/charger

I checked all the power source connections from my house before I checked anything else. The problem definitely lies in the motorhome.

That sounds better!
Do you have a full rig inverter? It is possible that it has tripped. Look for a small red or white reset button.
Try operating A/C unit. They are not normally run from inverter. This will tell if aAC is reaching rig.
Does your rig have an energy management center? Is it set to the proper input voltage and amperage?
Unplug from shore power, start genset and see if it works the rig.

And sometimes connections get loose, burn or something else. Just because you've been using it for years doesn't mean something didn't fail.
The very first step in anything like this is to verify proper power is getting to the rig.
Every RV'r should be comfortable with checking voltages in both the AC and DC circuits.

You need to verify the receptacle as Bud suggests. Then verify all those same things are present at the RV end of the power cord.

Danger!
If you plugged into a 50 amp grouned outlet, it may not have a neutral.
You could have fried the converter and other 120 volt items.
System should be a 120/240 four wire system for 50 amp.
Verify what you have and that the breakers are not tripped.
