So the traffic was moving very slowly. Parked at a dead stop most of the time and it took about 15 minutes to go two city blocks. We were all in a "go straight only lane" with an arrow and many signs, including over head signs to indicate that.
When I was just about through the entire line of traffic, this woman comes blazing down the left turn only lane, which was to my left, and then decides that she wants to turn into my lane and cut off everybody who was lined up in the traffic.
So as we are all rolling extremely slowly, in this long line of traffic, she points the nose of her car very close to the side of my truck to try to intimidate me and the guy behind me. A little too close. What she didn't realize was that she put the nose of her car in between my Two Jacks on the truck camper. She cleared the first one, but didn't realize the second one was still coming her way.
As the line of cars I was in kept moving along very slowly, my Jack pulled her bumper off. No damage to the truck camper. Ha ha ha.
I suppose she got what she deserved. LOL
She jumped out of the car all angry and crazy saying that I caused all of that just for being in the line of traffic that she put her bumper into. She got all angry and started calling the police and yelling at me. Mind you, I was basically a parked vehicle that she hit. Rolling forward at two to three miles per hour, max. In the proper line of traffic.
I snapped a couple pictures so it was clear what she did. She saw me take the pictures, then she jumped back in the car and sped off.
I guess she probably didn't want the moving violation from blasting down that left only lane.
The really weird part about it all is that she already had plenty of scratches and marks on the same side. It looks like she's done this before.

Some people simply like to upset others.
In California I used to leave in spot, where double lines on 45 mph highway merged into single 30 mph lane.
The highway was used as baypass for packed freeways, so lot of afternoon traffic.
The merging lines were pretty long and with stop @go traffic it was situation like OP had. Still when the dual lanes ended and become single lane, somebody always wanted to pass you.
I had situation when towing equipment hauler behind F250 - a lady in Honda tried to force my 5000 lb frame trailer off the road.
Than when I call the police, she made up the story that I cut her off.
I was in the truck cabin 40 feet in front of her.
The best best part - the highway become rural, no-passing highway for next 9 miles, so even if you got ahead of 1 car, you still could not pass the hundreds that were already there.

I had similar situations on freeways every time when I was pulling cabin cruiser behind motorhome.
Imagine me driving motorhome at 60 mph and a car entering the freeway with 1/2 mile merging lane.
The driver does everything but observe freeway traffic, so at the end of 1/2 mile , when his/her lane ends they look to the left to see tandem 22.5" wheels. So they punch the brakes and try to cut right behind my bumper.... opsss. here comes wide body trailer wit big boat on it.
Never had accident, but the views were priceless.
