Oxygenics replacement shower head
Can anyone help shed some light for me. I purchased the oxygenice shower head on the rave reviews in this forum. I am not a stranger to mechanical things. When I went to install it i simply unscrewed the water line from the taps, and connected the new line. Then attached the on/off switch portion to the other end of the line and finally the handle/head to the switch. turned on the water and it started to leak back down the hose by the switch. with nothing coming out of the shower head itself. thinking that i had missed a washer or not tightened thins sufficiently i rechecked all connections only to get the same result. Undoing the connections i examined the hose itself under the twist on ends to see if i could see the source of the problem. This hose differs from the old one in that the connector on one end has holes pointing toward the shower head as well as back toward the hose itself? Anyone know what I have done wrong? I can attach the old hose from the original faucet and it works fine, but i would like to use the new matching hose.
