Hello everyone. I am new to RVing and to towing a TT. I have an F250 and is in perfect condition and drives straight. When I pull my trailer (2017 Palomino Puma 32RKTS with hitch and sway control) the steering wheel looks as though it is taking a right turn and does feel that I am having to correct to the left a bit when traveling down the road. Not sure if that is a result of the frame being bent. Thank you for any insight.

Take the truck to an alignment shop. There is one near me that will give a quick check for free, of course any correction will be offered at at a charge.

Check the tires, brakes and bearings of the trailer closely. One of them dragging can cause the issues you describe. If you have a trailer tire wearing oddly, you may even need to get the allignment checked on the TT itself and inspect for a bent axle or spindle.

To add to what others have mentioned, failing ball joints will throw the wheel off center and slightly pull to one side.

Check the front axle is square to the coupler. Use a steel tape and check that each side of the axle is within 1/4" of each other as measured to the coupler. If you have a second axle, check that the second is parallel to the first within 1/4" side to side.

Another thing to look at. IF you have a sway control bar, or maybe 2. It could be that you have it / them too tight. that will not allow the TT to fully straighten out, and could cause the TV to pull to one side. How di I know. Happened to me.

Try pulling with out the sway bar for a short distance, and see if it still pulls

Curb strikes are common with TT which can cause the trailer axles to be knocked out of alignment. I would check too make sure the TT axles are square to the frame.

No, they can't do that, but you need to be sure that the truck right. Dealers are not the place for alignment of trailer axles, you would go to a heavy duty truck/trailer shop for that.

If you are only getting the pull to the right when towing, I suspect you need to adjust the weight distribution hitch adjustment. You are probably lifting weight off the front axle. As well as check all the front axle steering components.

I do not believe any issue with the trailer axles will cause this. Your trailer can only pull on your truck in the center on the ball.
