All it does it 'spin'. I am running Windows 10 and using IE Explorer. All other web sites seem to be OK.Want To Get Life Member on ProfileThis is not a huge deal, but I would like to see 'Life Member' on my profile if possible. It was suggested I post here to accomplish this. Not sure I want to put my GS number or email here, but will respond if that is required. Thanks, Jeff DavisPraise for TST TPMSI recently ordered a 507 Internal TPMS from Truck System Technologies. This wouldn't work because I decided to use internal valve extenders from Tire Man (they're also great, BTW). So I exchanged the 507 internal for the six-tire external product. First, the product: works great, like the pressure ANDtemperature readout, and just gives me added peace of mind on the tires (of course, I also check manually}. I have them on my 31' class C so there was no need for a repeater, etc. Second, the customer service: I spoke with Beverley, who handled the original order, exchange and credit efficiently. She was knowledgeable about the products and very friendly. It was a pleasure to do business with her, and I feel she really cared about me.Re: Even Brake Braking When Letting Off AcceleratorGot this response from Roadmaster, which covers the question. I made a bad assumption that the Evenbrake only activated when the RV brakes were applied. "Yes sir, please keep in mind that the Even Brake has a built-in accelerometer and activates when both the motor home and dinghy vehicle are slowing down. If you would like the unit to not activate when the motor home is slowing down so quickly, then turn down the sensitivity down or adjust the front end of the Even Brake main box unit up about an 1/8" by letting out the two front legs. Hope this helps, good luck and have a great day."Even Brake Braking When Letting Off AcceleratorI had an Even Brake installed yesterday and on the tow home noticed something I had not seen on my previous Even Brake system from a few years back. When going downhill, I let off the accelerator on my RV (Forest River Sunseeker on Ford E350 chassis) to slow down going down a few inclines. This rig doesn't have an engine brake per se, but the engine does help slow the vehicle in a case like this. Several times while doing this the monitor showed that the Even Brake was applying braking pressure to the towed vehicle, a 2014 Chevrolet Equinox. The braking was very short term and did not seem to cause a problem. Is this a normal occurrence? I had the sensitivity set on the default 'average' setting. ThanksRe: Factory TPMS on Ford E450?Thanks - as I said, I feared TPMS wasn't a feature. I slightly misstated: what I meant was I run tires a the maximum recommended pressure.Factory TPMS on Ford E450?I fear I know the answer to this already, but it's Sunday morning, can't call Ford, so will throw it out here. I have been through the Ford manual for my new Forest River Sunseeker on a 2015 E450 chassis. I was very pleased when I came to the section regarding TPMS. Typically when optional features, e.g., Engine Block Heater, are covered in the book the tag "(IF EQUIPPED)" is attached. Since there was no "IF EQUIPPED" tag I thought it was great that I have TPMS. HOWEVER, there is no TPMS symbol appearing on the dash when the key is first turned on. Leads me to believe I don't have TPMS. Dampened my pleasure. Does anyone know if this should be a standard feature? Also, the Ford data sheet calls for 75 psi from and 80 psi in rear dually. My practice in regular vehicles is to run at the max. Good idea for the RV?Looking for Class C under 11' Exterior Ht. with A/CThough we have not owned an MH for several years, we are considering jumping in again - but downsizing. Last MH was a Winnebago Journey 42' Class A DP. Great rig, but way more than we need now. I am trying to stay under 11' exterior height, so Winnebago Via, etc. are ruled out. Have seen FR Forester 2801 QS - ONLINE ONLY - and like the floor plan. It show exterior height 10'8". Have seen a Four Winds Siesta (10'10") online, but floor plan didn't appeal. Throwing my query out to the great minds of this forum...Looking for Light Trailer RecommendationsSold our diesel pusher last May, but doggone it, we're now realizing how much we miss getting out. But in order to keep life simpler and less expensive, we are looking at TTs. I have a 2014 Silverado crew cab short box with 5.3 engine and towing package. With its 3.08 rear end, the max trailer weight is 6,800 pounds. The GCWR isn't shown, but I'm guessing it's the trailer weight plus GVWR (6,800 + 7,000). Looking for suggestions for lighter trailers that would be appropriate. Would like a slide, but pretty open for other features. Of course, even though we have RV experience, our TT experience is nil.
