I'll check out hose leak and move on from there.Air Conditioner from engineI have a National RV Sea view with a ford triton 10 engine. the air conditioner is not working. The fan runs but there are two problems. There is a valve that directs air to defrost or cabin and the valve will not change air flow direction. The fan runs and the air is not cooled. Seems like a relay problem but I don't know how to analyze or maybe it's something else entirely. Thanks for any help you can give.Electrical input from garageI have limited space in my garage circuit panel. I need to eliminate a 220 breaker. My question is since 220 is supplied at this time can I replace with 110 ( running through the same power cord) or will this damage something in the electrical system. I would like to run a small heater strip to limit humidity and lights in the winter months.Re: brakesRL S7201 I am with you about putting new pads on I thinks the rotors are okay. Thanks for your input. RV Net's a great help for a novicebrakesI have a National 2000 seaview 31 ft.and at a recent inspection was told I should thinks about new brakes rotors and pads. The vehicle weighs 17000lbs and I have towed a dinghy (2800lbs) about a third of the 50,000 miles. I am a good driver and don't ride brakes so should a brake replacement be due at this point?Re: power gear levelersThanks to all for your ideaspower gear levelersI have a 2000 National Seaview, The levelers won't go down so I did the following. I checked and filled fluid, I checked all fuses at control panel and the 10 amp fuse on the wire harness. I can hear the pump running but not making the louder noise it makes when jacks are extending. I allowed the pump run for 20 seconds by pushing individually all four buttons and then checked the fluid level, I did this again several times until the fluid level stabilized. The back jacks finally went down once but didn't when I retracted them and tried again. I'm guessing the controller but maybe someone has a better idea before I try that.Re: Dometic Refrig. won't run on ACThe RM2652 is a dual fuel unit. If there is AC power it runs on that and when there is no AC it runs on propane. The DC voltage is for the controls and gas ignition. If the gas is shut off with no AC hooked to the vehicle both lights on the control panel come on indicating the unit is not running. I have a 120 AC heater (tested bad) on order and because the unit still runs on gas I believe the heater replacement will fix my problem. If not I will have to replace the board. Thanks to all for your inputRe: Dometic Refrig. won't run on ACThanks to everyone for your replies to my problem. I did disconnect the heating element and plugged it in to 110 AC as suggested and fortunately it was the bad component at least I think it was better to be bad than the circuit board. The heating element is somewhat hard to take out with the sort of overlapping sheet metal that make up the chimney Thanks much!!!! Checking the heating element as per Old Biscuit's directions "Best way to check it....unplug it from control board and then connect it to 110V AC power directly. This will check that heater element works and whether problem is with element or control board. If it works wired directly...control board is bad"Dometic Refrig. won't run on ACThis topic has been moved to another forum. You can read it here: 27925405
