You are correct there could be a hidden break, but Pex piping used to today is pretty durable and forgiving. The OP is here in Maryland are temps will be near 50f today. I would install faucet or at least cap the lines and pressurize the system and see what happens. The OP could test the system using anti freeze to avoid winterizing again.

I would have them do an air test on the water lines and would make sure I was there to witness it.

SO your willing to bet the house that the dealer is not going to call it the OP's fault? IF they use the rig? Why bet? This is not burned out bulbs...it is no comparison...we are talking possible water damage during a freezing...This is not a headache it could be a heart attack, don't be in denial...but it could lead to something way more serious. WOW, Why is there so much resistance to getting it back to the dealer? SO this rig cost say??60000+? and now it is damaged? Are you or do you work for a dealer? Don't attack me for good solid advice that I know for a fact what can happen. The OP wanted advice I am giving mine based on experience, that is what was asked. Give us your advice...oh throw me under the bus, best advice ever, sure use it and now you have no warranty...you just voided it by using it. What trip is worth that? OK guess what you want to turn a page? I had a 13000 dollar Cummins diesel engine blow up because of a factory part that cost .50 cents. ASK me how that happens.. Not covered either. I'm trying to give good advice here. I don't care what the faucet costs...TAKE IT BACK! Remember the OP's closing question?..."Ideas? Suggestions?" Seriously cancel a vacation over a $30 dollar faucet and 10 minutes labor?? Would cost me that much just in gas to tow it to the dealer, not to mention the wasted time.

I understand dealers and manufacturer need to be held accountable for shoddy work but this just barely rises above returning the RV for repairs due to a couple of burned out bulbs. If after replacing the faucet I still had leaks then I would put the damaged faucet back in and carry it back to the dealer for repairs. Very good odds its just a broken faucet and nothing more.

Picked up our new Cedar Creek in October and had it winterized after we finished our walk thru. Today Hubby was starting to pack up for our trip to Florida Jan 2 when he decided to load the 2 Million paper plates I had into the outdoor kitchen. If your rig is winterized how much water coming out are you talking about?

If you have a good dealer that will service unit while you wait and get you in and out promptly,than make an appointment and take it back to them.
However If your dealer is going to keep it for weeks and give you the run around then I would fix it myself.
Most likely I would just deal with the issue my self. I simply would not want the hassle of taking it back and forth and waiting on dealer.
My general RV rule of thumb is if I can possibly fix it myself than do it. In the long run I am more satisfied with the repair and it is less hassle and aggravation than dealing with the dealer.

Sorry to hear of your troubles so soon into ownership. I would be contacting the dealership and communicate your discovery and get them to bring it into their shop ASAP. Once in the shop they can let it warm up, put water to it and see what's been missed with THEIR winterization. I'd let them deal with it before you leave for Florida.

Hopefully they will own up to their mistake, correct it so you can move on with your camping adventures.

You would have to tread lightly here... If they believe you used it from the time it left the lot, your holding the time bomb...if it were me, it would be going right back, now, no question.. responsibility needs to be assigned. I had something similar happen and dodged the bullet...everything leaked into the sink. Did they put antifreeze in your black and gray tanks also?? The valves can get broken too.. check.
