That's what I mentioned on my Dear Marcus letter. I doubt if it even reached him.
It must be most difficult for full timers going around the country needing immediate and emergency repairs while in the vicinity.
Defeats also the raison d'ĂȘtre of Camping World's country-wide Ellite Membership as I thought and actually wished, that they can be my go-to for all my rv related urgent needs through their networks.
Dear Marcus has lots of good business ideas and customer service best practices being doled out in his show.
Apparently he missed this one on his own Camping World/Good Sam companies.
