Good Sam Club Elite membership lasts three years, and is given to people who purchase an RV from Camping World. This would include any RV purchases from Camping World moving forward, as well as anyone who purchased in 2012.
As for the fuel discount program, an RV Plus Card will be necessary to participate in the Fuel Rewards Program. To apply for the RV Plus card, you can contact Pilot/Flying J directly at 1-855-4RVPlus (855 478 7587) or apply online at http://www.goodsamclub.com/pfj/
